    i was happy with hotel's favourable location in the middle of jackson. the staff was very nice, always on hand when needed. location: the property was close to shoreline. located off the main road, it was easy to find.

    Positive, Good value for a basically clean room and a comfortable bed. I appreciated the MyPillow pillow. Plus, parking was right outside my room.

    Comfortable king bed with extra pillow.

    The air conditioning in the room was ineffective and took far too long to cool down. Despite requesting a handicap accessible room, I was placed on an upper floor without warning. The manager's rudeness during the situation greatly detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.

    I had higher expectations, but this hotel surprised me with its old and awful tub, which honestly woudl ve been more fitting in a horror movie. Surprise, no Kleenex! I almost thought about giving a good review, but then I realized that expecting a warm welcome gift was just too much. What was I thinking?

Although the heater functioned well, the bathroom was quite small, and I noticed some wear and tear on the walls.     It was just a great fit for a short layover in Hawthorne with good value for price. The staff was friendly and helped fix my microwave right away when it broke. Try to ask for a room away from the street if you want a quieter stay.

    Our room had a super comfy king bed with lots of outlets, a spacious layout, and a separate sink area. the room was quiet, had a mini fridge, and free WiFi. We parked right in front.

    The manager's limited English made communication a bit tough sometimes.
